Responsibilities:

-  Responsibilities include coordinating events for the department, monitoring budgets, setting meetings, managing schedules, handling mail, making travel arrangements, handling expense reports, answering telephone, maintaining office supplies, making copies, filing, faxing, shipping, supporting general department functions, such as updating org charts or coordinating equipment changes or updating records, and acting as a resource for Human Resources.

 

-  May have responsibility for specific projects, such as coordinating information and updating data bases or reports.

 

-  May format and update presentations and coordinate materials for meetings.

Qualifications:

-  Set-up meetings for manager, and staff/department (e.g., manager's staff meetings, meetings with individuals, group meetings for members of staff/department).

-  Answer telephones, take messages, redirect calls, may provide answers to routine inquiries based on documented information. Answers are reviewed by manager.

-  For direct manager, distribute mail and may redirect mail. Distribute mail to department/staff.

-  Set-up travel arrangements for Manager and staff/department.

-  Submit completed expense reports for approval and payment. May complete routine expense report.

-  Should at least have 2.5+ years of experience in Admin activities.
